VILLA DAVIDE, is located in the fairytale town of San Vito Chietino
at Strada della Filarmonica #3. (Approximately 2-1/2 hours east of Rome.)



 This lovely villa is three stories high, complete with a rooftop terrace. 
On the first floor, the living room and cherry kitchen overlook the “pedonale” or pedestrian walk way in the village center.  A den/bedroom on this floor with twin beds and a tiled bathroom complete with shower.  The second floor offers two bedrooms, each with queen bed; laundry room and full bathroom with bathtub and shower.  All rooms have 10-foot doors that open to individual terraces.  The top floor is where you will find the rooftop top terrace, complete with pergola, overlooking the mountains and the sea.
Climbing stairs are required to access each floor and the rooftop - property is not handicap accessible.
